Need Help? Got Questions? Now you can get real LIVE personalized training and help from Mrs. Wizard... and you don't have to live in Memphis! Crossloop is my new favorite tool! I have been using Crossloop under the radar (with special friends and family) since July. It is very impressive and securely (for you and me) allows me to actually "see" the screen of anyone with a question while speaking with them on the phone. Nor more mind reading for this old gal. I t can also be used as a great little chat tool. Click the little "I Can Help" button to see if I am online right now... if not, send me a message and I will get back with you as soon as possible. It doesn't cost a dime to see if I can help you or not.
If YOU are the family guru, you can use the same FREE Crossloop application to help your friends and family. Just download Crossloop, have the person you want to help download and install it, and within minutes, you can be on their screen while talking to them on the phone, fixing just about anything... It really takes the guesswork out of helping someone over the phone.
Crossloop allows me to literally see your actual desktop and take over the mouse to show you what is what or actually demonstrate something right in front of you... It has been great so far... The beauty is we can also talk on the phone while I can see what I am 'splaining...
It is very secure... nothing can be done without YOUR permission, so feel free to give it a try.
If you would like to try some personal training from Mrs. Wizard, just go to the Crossloop website, download and install the software or click the chat button to say "Hi!"... If you give me your phone number and (US only) I can call you and make the session even more personal.
Watch this page for the latest and ENJOY! Drop me an email and let me know what you think.
Warmest Regards,
Mrs. Wizard
February 19, 2010: Took a look at a Word problem Edward K. was having... and helped him make a numbered list behave the way it is supposed to behave.
February 14, 2010: Helped Dianne M. get a few more books onto her Kindle.
January 18, 2010: helped Barbara R get her new gmail account set up. I showed her how to import all her aol emails and contact addresses right into her gmail... she also found out she could still keep up with her Instant message friends from aol... right from within her gmail... and CrossLoop was the training tool!
January 17, 2010: helped Kelly K (my daughter) transfer a couple of books to her Kindle... All she had to do was hook the thing up and watch her laptop screen. I also showed her a couple of my favorite places to look for free books. Also showed her how to download a book, then copy it to her special Kindle folder.
January 17, 2010: helped Donna M find a pesky bit of code that was giving her a hard time on a web page she was working on in Dreamweaver. I enjoy helping people with Dreamweaver. I know Donna appreciated the help too.
