Swf N SlideI'm about to divulge a little secret. I have been designing web pages for years, and for years I have struggled with Flash. It's a great program, but for slide shows, it can be really painstakingly difficult. Well I found a little program from Vertical Moon Software that was the answer to this maiden's prayer - a quick way to whip out very professional looking slide shows, with lots of options, and get them up on a web site in swf (flash) format. They look like I have spent hours and by golly I'm not telling anyone anything different! Heck it is so easy to use, just drag and drop your favorite photos onto the list and decide what special effects you want to use... my husband even enjoys making little slide shows to put into emails to friends. You can make them any size you want. It is an amazing piece of work. AND... the best thing... they even have a version for my MAC! Sweet! I hate to say it, but being a mac and a pc user can be difficult. There just isn't very much software available for Macs... Swf N Slide is though, and that makes this old gal happy! Here are a few webs I have done using swf n slide as my slide show tool. It allows me to spend a lot more time doing more productive things without sacrificing quality.
